We were roasting in the classroom, but everyone was very diplomatic about the climate. Outside, it's almost cold! But inside, we're in a sauna. We cooked all morning and a good chunk of the afternoon, enough to start a gampi beat before the end of class.
Today: bark manipulation (this is Karen's long piece), cording, and fiber prep. Tomorrow: papermaking and joomchi (plus its relatives). Tonight: lay on back.
