nope! each knit page is sewn in w/a modified stitch that a knitting friend taught me years ago ("modified" meaning, "i don't really remember how to do it right but this is a good fake version"). but it doesn't show on the outside of the spine. i wanted them to be separately inserted in case i needed to move them or add to them in the future. and i've already moved and added!
