Go figure

I have no idea what they are doing, but the construction in front of the buildings here is intense. They must have pulled these out of the ground while digging their ginormous hole.

I've figured out what it was (and is) getting me down: my period! I'm out for the count today; I'm going to suck it up and delay an app, which means I will have failed in clearing my calendar to focus on shows. But I can't sit up so I'm going to lay down and try to sleep this off. Last night I was able to knit up all the lokta that Velma taught me to spin last weekend. Tonight I'll prep for the joomchi class I'll teach tomorrow morning. Until then, it's all up in the air.
